We are one of the first factories arosen in Italy specialized in the construction of blow mould items. In more than 30 years of constant and profitable work, we have contacted several factories, Italian and foreign, working in the process of transformation of plastic.   Multiple solutions for every need  
 

We manufacture single and multiple cavity moulds (for jars, containers, tanks, technical items for the automotive industry, appliances, agriculture, pharmaceutic, cosmetics and the mass distribution fields), moving moulds and with automatic cut.
We provide the maintenance for the moulds, like rectification, sharpening, substitution of the cutting bush, modification of necks and threads, cooling enhancement for critical spots.

We manufacture complementary products for blowing machines, like screw cutting die (with ovalization capable to keep steady the thickness of the finished piece), pivots, nozzles, cutting bush.

We also provide consultance and construction of machinery for a further elaboration of pieces out of the machine, quality controls and movementsi.

We provide different solutions to every need: we make pilot moulds and quick prototype pieces for the quality assurance and marketing activities.
We critically analize, from the product obtained from the pilot mould, the industrial design and functionality, the cooling circuits, the applicable shrinking, the coupling to other manufactures, the dimension tollerance in the production phase, the refilling and the labelling as per the specifications required to the ultimate mould.
 
 
Research & Development
 
 
We research new materials to increase the quality and the productivity of our moulds. We collaborate with plastics and metal producing industries and with the technologic faculties of the local universities to be up to date with the technologic developments in our field.
