The technology and the database...
Our planners have available powerful CAD workstations with specific software, which allow a quick solid moulding of the the piece and the preparation of realistic foto that virtually views the final result.
Copies of the plans, of the finished product and of the moulds, are filed by our main office, for future reference (new production of the same mould, changes, new mould for a similar product….). In this way, we can satisfy, quickly and without waste of time, the specifications of our customers and their blowers.

Troubleshooting your problems are our main concern wherever you are.
The production: an essential point
With the data supplied by the technical office and with the new technologies we manufacture the mould with the tightest geometric-dimensional tollerance. Through Intranet, the information obtained is transmitted to the macchines.
Our machines are supplied with:
- High speed mandrels (up to 24,000 revolutions);
- Progress speed up to 30m/min;
- Automatic change of tools to allow a completely autonomous production to avoid the need of a constant presence of the operator.
Final check
The mould, at single or multiple cavity, of steel or aluminium or other specific materials, after the finishing and mounting, proceeds to the final check set by rigid internal tables and procedures.
